Research:

Nicolette is proficient and accomplished in designing, developing and managing market research programs, including:

·        Project management from conceptualization to implementation of primary and secondary quantitative (on site, mail back, Internet and telephone surveys) and qualitative (focus groups and expert interviews) research projects.

·        Training of field workers in research methodology and interviewer techniques.

·         Research team management for data collection (field) and analysis (office).

·         Conducting interviews.

·        Questionnaire and sampling schedule design.

·         Monitoring of fieldwork and quality control of completed questionnaires, including editing of completed questionnaires and post coding of open-ended questions for data capture.
